Q: Is the home professionally cleaned before we move in?
A: Yes, every home is professionally cleaned before you move in.

Q: Can we customize the floor plan?
A: Of course! We can customize just about all Kaerek designs for families’ interests to new construction homes. The first step would be to discuss this with Kaerek’s new construction specialist.

Q: How involved can we be in the building process?
A: As detailed as the customer wants to be, or let Kaerek design team prepare all plans/selections for your family!

Q: How long does it take to build a new home?
A: Great question! Kaerek Homes has at any time many quick-move series homes from fully completed to somewhere under construction for sale at this time! Building from scratch will vary depending on many variables. However, on average, it currently will be 9-12 months to finish from financing/contract.

Q: Does Kaerek Homes help with any exterior work?

A: Yes, Kaerek Homes can prepare the driveway and landscaping at added cost.

Q: Where do we select all of the building materials?
