Beyond the model’s base price and lot price, every home-building project requires improving the building site. Some of the most common site improvement costs are building permits, municipal bonds, impact fees, surveys, erosion control, dumpsters, site clean-up, grading, stone, trucking of excess soil, culvert pipe, concrete conveyor, sewer/water laterals, storm sewer connections, well, septic system, tree removal, and sewer/water connection fees.
Not every lot needs all of these items. Every city, village, or town has its own requirements and fees.
At Kaerek Homes, we simplify site improvement costs by assigning a fixed site improvement cost to all of our subdivisions. Even if an unexpected site improvement cost occurs during construction, with Kaerek, your contract price for site improvements will stay the same.
