A: Yes, every home is professionally cleaned before you move in.
Q: Can we customize the floor plan?
A: Of course! We can customize any of our base plans to meet your specific needs, or even start from a completely blank slate.
Q: How involved can we be in the building process?
A: Very! This is your dream home – you approve and sign off on every detail from siding to kitchen counters!
Q: How long does it take to build a new home?
A: Generally it takes 6-7 months but this can vary depending on the floor plan, building site, and municipality.
