As a semi-custom home builder in the Milwaukee area for over 40 years, we’ve learned it can be confusing to build a house or buy a house.
That’s why we created this page — to serve as a guide to the process.
If your first interest is location, you should return to the home page and click on the map to focus in on your location preference. There you’ll find different icons for:
- Completed Homes For Sale
- Lots For Sale
- Subdivisions In Which We Build
Alternatively, you can go to Homes to search to buy a house or go to Lots to search for empty lots or subdivisions, in order to build a house. We operate in these counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington and Walworth.
If your first interest is a house plan, you should go to Plans and run a search. We have over 50 house designs from which to choose. For many of our floor plans, you can visit one of our completed homes or Model Homes.

If you’re possibly interested in building a house, the next step is to schedule an appointment to visit our 9,000 square foot design center. House Financing
Finally, once you’ve selected a completed home or decided to have us build you a new home, we have the capability to work with you directly on financing.
